Dr. Oyasu
During your first visit, Dr. Oyasu will conduct a comprehensive history and physical examination, discuss your medication history, and develop an individualized care plan. ModernMed Recovery is in network with BlueCross BlueShield. We will work with other insurance plans to determine the availability of out-of-network coverage.
During your first visit, Dr. Oyasu will conduct a comprehensive history and physical examination, metabolic assessment, and EKG (if necessary), as well as discuss a personalized health optimization plan moving forward. The cost is $300.
Once a hormone health optimization plan is developed, the cost annually is $2000 or $200/month.
